At TOMODO, every developer is familiar with our entire system. As a front end developer, you will be working on many different projects and challenges simultaneously. You'll build a friendly, cloud based, development environment. Handle cross browsers and cross third party services while mastering dynamic code injections. In addition you'll master the art of performance and scale in ways web developers rarely get to see.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in web client development (JavaScript + HTML + CSS3).
- Must be familiar with server-side technologies (preferably Python / Ruby).
- Advanced HTML & CSS skills, cross browser experience.
- Self-learner with the ability to see a project through from A to Z.
- Hacker / BSc / MSc in computer science or related fields / contributor to open source projects
- Passionate about technology and the web.
- AWS experience - a significant advantage.
Core Developer // TEL AVIV OFFICE
At TOMODO every developer is familiar with our entire system. As a core developer you will be working on all aspects of our servers including working on the core of our real-time replacement engine; analyzing and modifying 3rd party code in real time, researching and analyzing web protocols - all executed with careful consideration of scalability and cross-regional challenges.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python / Ruby.
- Hands-on experience with Django.
- Proven experience with high traffic / scalable web applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS / Rackspace.
- Self-learner with the ability to see a project through from A to Z.
- Hacker / BSc / MSc in computer science or related fields / contributor to open source projects.
- Passionate about technology, product and the web.
DevOps Engineer // TEL AVIV OFFICE
As a DevOps Engineer you will be handling all aspects of our challenges in terms of high traffic, scalability and large amounts of real-time communication, as well as synchronization between different regions.
- Hands-on experience with AWS / Rackspace.
- In-depth knowledge of performance tuning, capacity planning and MySQL.
- Programming experience in Python / Ruby.
- MongoDB or any other noSql experience - advantage.
- Proven experience with high traffic / scalable web applications.
- Hacker / BSc / MSc in computer science or related fields / contributor to open source projects.
